Introduction

Haleem Shah obtained his BSc and MSc degrees at the University of Agriculture Peshawar, Pakistan. He received grant from Belgian Technical Cooperation for studying master in Physical Land Resource at Ghent University Belgium in 2005-2007. He worked as a technical officer in Biosalne-II project of United Nations Development Program. Latter he moved to Republic of Korea where he worked as a researcher at Kangwon National University and Visiting Scientist at Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) for 3 years. He joined KAUST as a PhD scholar in 2013.

Research Interests

Haleem's primary research interests lies in studying soil and water salinity, transport processes in soil, Agrohydrology, plant growth and production, phytoremediation.
